We are in the process of building a library of educational documents and links available for patients to view. Check this page for files you can download and print out at home, to help with your recovery from injury. These documents are intended to compliment what your physiotherapist has already taught you, and should be used with their guidance.

Return to Throwing Programme: Soon Available... Kevin Wilk & Dr. Jimmy Andrews at the Alabama State University Medical Centre have developed this excellent return to throwing programme. We have had much success with it when it is used in association with a progressive shoulder rehabilitation programme.
